David Frearson
Executive Creative Director, Motion
A senior creative motion design director with a career spanning over continents and a long list of clients ranging from Coca-Cola, Sony and Samsung, to Nike, Nikon, Yoko Ono and CNN, David believes in the power of design to tell stories and build unique brand experiences that shape today’s culture.
David has worked on large-scale, sports projects for Formula One, FIFA, America’s Cup and the International Olympics Committee but every client gets the same first-class enthusiasm. David can often be found collaborating on smaller-scale projects with passionate founders too.
In his spare time, you will find him racing in sub 40C temps in the world’s toughest winter ultra, Iditarod Trail Invitational, fighting the Alaskan winter elements on his fat bike. You might also find him sailing the intrepid waters between Iceland and Scotland or the Pacific back to New Zealand.
Delphine Lamande-Frearson
Business Director, Founder
A senior brand communications specialist, Delphine has overseen global marketing campaigns and created successful communications tools for clients ranging from large corporations to start-ups.
A trained journalist as well as a seasoned marketer, Delphine brings her 360 comms strategic skills to her clients, ensuring their brand’s identity and message are authentically articulated and communicated.
Her role spans from bringing life to cross-platform projects, leading clients from the branding stage through to the content management phase.
A multilingual French native who has lived in several countries before calling New Zealand home, Delphine can be found training for Ironman when not on the hunt for the best croissant and espresso in town.
She co-founded Defined to help businesses elevate their brands, compete on the global stage and be recognised as industry leaders and innovators.
